Every year, we train apprentices in our human-sized company for whom apprenticeship makes sense. We are convinced that apprenticeship is the most effective way to perpetuate our know-how. Our ambition is to pursue our policy of welcoming work-study students by enabling us to enhance and optimize the acquisition of fundamental knowledge and skills.
This commitment is reflected in particular by our participation in local apprenticeship training projects, such as the project “Invente ton Avenir” (Invent Your Future).
